What are your fees? The initial consultation, during which we gain a better understanding of your business and needs, is free. We then review your transactions over the previous months. Finally, we put together a written proposal outlining the services we will provide and what it will cost.
What if I change my mind and decide to cancel your service? You can cancel your service at any time, provided you have paid all outstanding fees.
How do I get in touch with you? We are available during regular business hours via phone and email.
How do I send you my documents (bills, bank statements, etc.)? You can fax them to 313-255-4009, you can send them to us on a regular basis, or we can pick them up directly from you. We will work this out together when you first start using our services.
